Indri is matured in a carefully curated combination of ex-Bourbon and PX Sherry casks. Hand selected by our Master Blender, these American oak bourbon casks and richly seasoned PX sherry casks come together to create a harmonious balance of flavours.
The ex - Bourbon casks impart notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted oak, while the PX Sherry casks contribute layers of dried fruits, warm spices and delicate nutty undertones. This dual cask maturation allows the whisky to develop remarkable depth, and character that beautifully highlightes the influence of both cask types.
